This site was set up initially to introduce Pat McCabe's work and workshops on her first visit to Devon in 2014 - and then for subsequent visits in 2015 and for the Human Reunion Ceremony in Devon, 2016.
Although little travelling is currently happening, Pat now has her own website. |

Pat McCabe, Weyakpa Najin Win (Woman Stands Shining) of the Diné (Navajo) Nation in the SouthWestern United States, offers an indigenous perspective on Sustainability and the treatment of the Feminine aspect of our species. Her work draws from her Native heritage and experience in traditional Lakota and Diné ceremonies, combined with her Western education and dialogues with Western and indigenous scientists. This website was created by Lesley Booker: An old friend of Pat's, I invited her to visit us in Devon when she first travelled to the UK for a major event at Findhorn in 2014. Since then, she has returned several times offering talks, ceremony and workshops, including at Schumacher College, Embercombe and to smaller groups. Her passion, commitment and vision resonated deeply. Gratitude to all who participated and especially to the group of women and men who collaborated to rapidly organise and host the Human Reunion Ceremony in 2016. -- Lesley |
We cannot achieve the sustainability we seek without understanding Our Design for Thriving Life but also without reinstating the capacity to enact our design. It can be said that fully half of Our ability to enact our Design has been impaired, inhibited or obstructed at worst, and unsupported at best. This half would be our Feminine aspect, as well as the Women’s Nation at large.
As we begin to re-member to the Feminine Design, we re-member ourselves to the Masculine Design as well.
As we begin to re-member to the Feminine Design, we re-member ourselves to the Masculine Design as well.
